Why do we limit the number of participants in The Advisory Board Program®?
Exclusivity, why we limit the number of participants in The Advisory Board Program®!
We at The Advisory Board Program® spend an extraordinary amount of time and effort to understand the business of a new member (participant) we are going to coach using The Advisory Board Program® process. It is very important to us that everyone who makes the decision to become a member will be much more successful than they would have been if they had not become a member. That, in and of itself, is very hard to measure, but there will be indicators that we use to help evaluate this process.
The new member must be open to and make a commitment to change. In fact, they have to embrace change. Because if you change one aspect of your business the chances are you will have to make other changes or adjust other aspects of the business. You have to approach everything with an open mind.
You are now with others who are making the same journey. Once you have made the commitment that you want more out of your business, you are different, you are an entrepreneurial athlete (See our Eight Rules for Entrepreneurial Athletes Eight Rules for Entrepreneurial Athletes). As you achieve a different, enhanced kind of success, your confidence is growing within yourself, taking you to even higher levels of confidence. You are beginning to understand that you are different - possibly even better equipped - than others to achieve your goals. You have the insight that you are not alone in your decision making. You have built (and are building) a team around you that will complement you.
You begin to be more secure within yourself. And that security and confidence allows you to make crisper decisions. You are part of a group of peers that is exclusive. You are open, progressive, you are a thinker, possibly even a business intellectual.
